Obituary for Wanda Michelle Kellam-Moore

Wanda Michelle Kellam entered the world in White Plains, New York on October 27, 1963 to proud parents, Morris and Mae Francis (Murphy) Kellam. She attended the public schools of White Plains, NY and graduated from Woodlands High School in 1981. She received an Associate degree in Applied Science in Business Administration at Westchester Community College in 1983. She accepted Christ and joined Union Baptist Church.
Wanda maintained employment at several companies, including Catherine’s, CVS, Malone’s, and Strategy for Wealth. She was last employed as a Customer Service Agent at A.J. Benet Insurance Company.
She loved spending time with her family and friends, especially her loving sister, Melinda, and loving nephew, Larenz. She also loved going to dinner, traveling, reading, journaling, listening to music, and pampering herself. Wanda especially loved her felines, Missy and Sarah.
Wanda Michelle (Kellam) Moore went home to be with the Lord on June 6, 2021, after a brief illness. She was preceded in death by her parents, Morris and Mae Francis (Murphy) Kellam and other family members.
She leaves, to cherish her memory: loving sister, Melinda Kellam and nephew, Larenz Kellam, of White Plains, NY; sister, Carolyn (Stan) Porter of Hawkinsville, GA; her former husband, James Moore; step-children, Portia and Davon Moore, of White Plains, NY; aunts: Patricia (Benjamin) Drakeford of Lugoff, SC, Catherine Murphy, Dorothy Murphy, Katie Murphy of Lugoff, SC; uncle, George (Delores) Murphy of Camden, SC; and a host of other loving relatives and friends.
