Condolence: Hello Carole: I saw John’s name last night in the memoriam section on the Oscars. It saddens me to think of his passing. I only knew John for the few years we worked together, (about 50 years ago), but considered him a close friend. That’s what can happen when two people work together for 12 hours a day as well as have lunch and dinner together, 7 days a week for 8 months. That’s what John and I did on the Dr. King documentary.
