Condolence From: Marie (Holodak) & Richard Constantino
Condolence: We could not have had better neighbors ! First, as a child growing up on our block and knowing the whole Blackwell family from that perspective and then owning a house 2 doors down and enjoying an adult relationship. Mr. Blackwell sure got a kick out of Richie mowing a Yankee emblem into our front yard ! I will always cherish the good memories and our sincerest condolences go out to Arlene, Ronnie and Rickie.

Condolence From: George Hall
Condolence: Ronald Blackwell will always be Mr. Blackwell to me. All former WCDC members share a bond that few may understand but is very real. Each passing of a brother or sister member is felt by all. I remember Mr. Blackwell with fondness and as a man of principle, a man to be respected. As fellow Officers I saw him as someone to emulate. He will be missed by many! My sincere condolences to his loved ones. George Hall A/W Warden WCDC Retired
