Parking is very limited, even for funeral services. Any parking on Fisher Court is intended for immediate family, but is public, so on a first come first secured basis, and meters may possibly be suspended during service but that is NEVER a guarantee, & definitely NOT extended during repasts. Parking may be allowed in front of the Slater Center, the same side as the center, the block of the center only. There is NO parking allowed at all on Quarropas St. in front of the new WP Education & Training Ctr. Parking on any neighboring streets/at meters must follow/abide by all regular rules/fee & time schedules/laws. Parking is available at nearby City Municipal Lots like at The Library on Martine Ave.; lots at Quarropas & Court Sts.; & lot on Longview. There is NO parking in the lots for The Slater Center or The Housing Authority at any time. Not adhering to rules & regulations will result in being ticketed or towed at owner's expense.

You may light a candle above in her memory as a form of condolence. In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests memorial donations be made in Dwana's memory/honor to the White Plains YWCA (donation link in menu herein). As this is a Memorial Service, the family appreciates, if you're still sending flowers, sending plants and/or vases are preferred. These may be delivered on Friday May 13th by/before 12noon to Bethel Baptist Church.
