Condolence: Rosalind, I was shocked to hear of Winston’s passing and extend my deepest condolences to you and your family. Winston and I have been friends and colleagues since 1984 serving together on state and national boards and committees fighting for Community Action agencies to be at the table regarding funding and services. We were together so often that those that did not know us well would get us confused with each other although we did not look alike. Winston was gentle, thoughtful and committed to finding solutions to problems dealing with poverty. He will be missed by all.

Condolence From: James Norman--ABC, Rochester, NY
Condolence: To Mrs. Ross & Family,
For nearly a quarter century, I have had the privilege of counting Winston among my closest colleagues in the world of community action. We shared service time on both state and national boards and committess. And, we often had refreshments together after a day of exhausting meetings, when we shared our trials, tribulations, and successes. I know, as you do, that Winston was passionate about his life's work. He was a role model, and a trusted advisor. He will be missed.
